Before implementing the website, Lavage Clair et Net relied primarily on door-to-door sales and client referrals for customer acquisition. While this created a strong offline conversion channel, the absence of a structured online conversion channel resulted in several key limitations:
Over the course of this project, we've realised that offline growth still requires digital validation. In this era, online presence serves as a legitimacy check and even as professional credibility. Therefore deeming websites as even more important.
This project highlighted the importance of aligning digital strategy with real-world business operations, ensuring the website supports and doesn't replace existing acquisition workflows.
